  • Double charged me and never refunded me my money



    I authorized to pay by work credit card for-4 days and the other 6 with cash. I paid in cash for 5,6,7 day on a Friday and the gentleman behind the counter didn't know how to print a receipt for cash Then I go in on Monday paid for another 2 days same story don't know how to print a receipt I brought it up to there attention and they said they would look into it after a couple days I get an alert on my phone saying I've been charged over $500.00 I called the hotel and what do you know nobody remembers me paying cash These people are CROOKS I called Quality Inn Support and...
